1. Who we are

This website, 70mmguys.in, is run by 70MM GUYS ("we", "us"), a creative marketing and production agency that also operates 70MM Studios, a rentable production studio at 5, Nirvan Nagar, Bhikshu Nagar, Bedla, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001. By using this website or booking the studio, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and payment

Studio packages, durations and prices are listed on the Pricing page. Prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout. Your slot is held for 30 minutes while you pay and is confirmed only after successful payment. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments; we never see or store your card or bank details.

3. Using the studio

• Arrive on time. Set-up and pack-down happen within your booked hours.
• The person who booked is responsible for everyone they bring, and for following our staff's instructions.
• No smoking, open flames, glitter, confetti, paint, liquids or smoke machines on the floor or cyc without written approval.
• Food and drinks stay in the vanity area unless agreed in advance.
• Rigging, wall fixing or moving studio equipment is done by our technician or with their approval.
• Leave the space as you found it. Extra cleaning or cyc repainting is charged at cost.

4. Equipment and damage

Studio equipment included in your package is for use inside the studio only. You are responsible for loss of, or damage to, the studio, props or equipment caused by you or your team, beyond normal wear. We'll share photos and a repair or replacement cost before charging. Your own equipment stays your responsibility; we aren't liable for its loss or damage.

5. Safety

Follow the safety instructions of our staff, especially around lights, stands, cables and the cyc. We may stop a shoot that is unsafe or breaks these terms, without a refund for the remaining time.

6. Content and credit

You own the content you create in the studio. We may photograph the set-up for our own portfolio and social media only with your permission. If you'd like to credit us, tag @70mmguys.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Agency projects

Projects with 70MM Guys are governed by the signed proposal, quotation or agreement for that project. Where it conflicts with these terms, the project document applies.

9. Website content

All text, photos, videos and design on this website belong to us or our clients and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Client names and work are shown as examples of our work.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or missed deadlines.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your booking applies to that booking.
