How cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work for 70MM Studios bookings and 70MM Guys projects.

1. Studio bookings
Studio bookings are paid in full online at the time of booking. Prices are listed exclusive of GST; 18% GST is added at checkout. A booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email.
2. Cancelling a studio booking
Cancellation is counted from the start time of your booking:
- 48 hours or more before: full refund.
- 24 to 48 hours before: 50% refund, or reschedule once at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund.
To cancel, email or WhatsApp us with your booking ID. The time we receive your message counts as the cancellation time.
3. Rescheduling
You can reschedule once, free of charge, if you ask at least 24 hours before your start time, subject to availability. The new date must be within 60 days of the original booking. Later requests are treated as a cancellation.
4. Overtime and late arrival
Your booking runs for the hours you paid for. Late arrival doesn't extend the slot. If you need extra time and the studio is free, we bill it at the package's hourly rate in 30-minute blocks, payable before you leave.
5. If we cancel
If we have to cancel because of a power failure we can't cover with backup, equipment failure on our side, or any reason within our control, you get a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice. For events outside anyone's control (natural events, government orders), we offer a free reschedule or a full refund.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. Refunds are initiated within 3 working days of approval and usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days after that, depending on your bank. Payment gateway charges are not deducted from full refunds.
7. Agency services
Creative, production, marketing and web projects follow the scope, payment schedule and cancellation terms in the signed proposal or invoice for that project. Unless that document says otherwise, advances are non-refundable once work has started, and work completed up to cancellation is billable.
